Sports Motion Design
Over the years, I’ve partnered with sports brands to bring their stories to life through animation. My process starts with design research and development—then translates those concepts into motion, turning static systems into living worlds. The goal is always the same: build animation rules and frameworks that make the work repeatable, scalable, and beautiful.
Major League Baseball:
Quick Question
We created motion-led content for MLB’s Quick Question series—providing art direction, design, and animation that extended the core brand system to deliver fast, informative answers to everyday baseball questions.

Design Development
A bold, scoreboard-inspired visual system built for speed and clarity. The design centers on high-impact typography and sharp, angular grid compositions to create energetic, instantly readable layouts. Tactile paint textures add a human, imperfect edge to balance the precision. A flexible 12×6 grid anchors everything—from hero frames to infographics—while macro, dynamic baseball-pose photography becomes graphic assets and animated accents to inject motion, rhythm, and game-day intensity.
Clyde’s Court-side Closet
Client: MSG+ / NY Knicks
Role: Creative Direction
A motion design piece celebrating Walt "Clyde" Frazier’s dual legacy as an NBA Hall of Famer and fashion icon. The narrative visualizes a "digital closet" app where Clyde curates signature outfits to match specific NBA rivalries (e.g., "Hollywood" gold for the Lakers, vintage thrift for Brooklyn), all synchronized to his famous rhyming commentary.
Creative Approach
Visual Style: Vibrant 2D flat illustration with a high-contrast palette, anchoring the aesthetic in Knicks branding while utilizing rich textures for various suit fabrics.
UI Integration: Designed a diegetic interface where the "app" functionality—selecting jackets, pants, and shoes—is seamlessly integrated into the environmental design of the locker room.
Character Design: Developed a stylized, modular character system to allow for rapid, dynamic transitions between Clyde's eclectic looks.
